Evening Dress Studs

This half suite of shirt studs and cufflinks are made from white Mother of Pearl discs set in gold plated settings. The rounded shirt studs have a screw fitting which means they can be worn with starched or stiff bib shirts. The oval cuff links have a chain link which means that the Mother of Pearl ovals are displayed on both sides of a double cuff dress shirt.

Thistle Bow by Budd Shirts

It is called a thistle bow because when tied its traditional shape resembles the flair of a Scottish thistle. Barathea silk is more matt in appearance with less sheen than the satin and has a deep, subtle weave. Just as faille is a favourite for Savile Row, barathea is favoured by the military for dress wear.
